Our Humble Story

Pristine Property Services LLC was founded by Rick Carlson out of a clear, urgent need for deeply trustworthy, meticulously clean residential air conditioning services in South Florida. Having witnessed the frustrations local homeowners faced with unreliable contractors, generic estimates, and messy work zones, Rick envisioned a company centered entirely on the customer’s absolute peace of mind. From the beginning, our mission has been to elevate the standard of local technical service.
